Gate Gate Gallery is founded as the representative of potential young and emerging artists, established artists in Vietnam, as well as Vietnamese artists abroad with the desire to create an art space that promotes Vietnamese contemporary art and becomes a gateway for Vietnamese artists to be widely known domestically and internationally.

Gate Gate is inspired by the Sanskrit mantra 'ga-te ga-te', meaning to go back, go through, go infinitely beyond the boundaries and common perspectives. Gate Gate Gallery aims to be an open art space, where we introduce artworks/masterpieces selected by top curators to the public, where to exchange dialogue, education programs that are oriented to responsible art collectors, and especially, become an integral part of the art ecosystem - promoting the exchange of contemporary Vietnamese art to international collaboration.

Situated in a strategically privileged location in Hanoi, a historical and cultural intersection, between the Temple of Literature, the Fine Arts Museum, and the Goethe Institute, Gate Gate Gallery with 160 sqm floor plan will become a prominent gallery and a notable destination for art lovers, foreign visitors, collectors, and artists in the region.
